OUR PHILOSOPHY
At Cocotte Farm Roast & Winery, our passion is in our name. Our steakhouse and rotisserie endeavours to bring you the best produce directly from the farm to the table. Group Executive Chef Sarun Suppakijjanusan has searched far and wide for the finest ingredients that best represents our philosophy for freshness. And as part of that philosophy and our farm to table quest we have partnered with the Royal Project participating farms in Chiang Mai.
The Royal Project is an initiative of His Majesty, King Bhumibol Adulyadej of Thailand. It was founded in 1969 to solve the problems of deforestation and poverty by replacing it with alternative agriculture. Concentrating on promoting the amazing fruit and vegetable produce grown in the northern part of Thailand.
Sourcing the best quality ingredients also extends to our juicy Rotisserie Baby Chicken and, of course, our signature Tomahawk. An item that has been on our menu since we opened our doors nine year ago.
